Yeah it’s not interesting. I don’t care about the Beckham. But just half the celebrities are vegan now, obviously they do have an impact on the public and influence them quite significantly... along with David Attenborough’s new documentary where he basically said to go vegan to save the planet. These people have influence. The public listen to them (older generations David Attenborough) my elderly grandmother has just given up meat because of his documentary and she bloody loved meat! Just wondering what people think?

Very interesting piece in Sunday times about a private girls school banning vegan diets as it is leading to eating disorders, anorexia and sometimes deaths.
I saw that, it was really interesting. yeah it was talking about keeping (girls especially) away from veganism because it can give them a reason to under eat and restrict their diet etc

Its definitely a celebrity trend, but feels like a lot of showboating to the crowd. That said, if you have a chef cooking all your meals then its probably a lot easier to be vegan!

Was about to say can’t imagine many people following the advice of this highly intelligent footballer. Then remembered the sheer volume of sheeples

This supposedly coming from David, who is rumoured to like his women with a bit more meat on them than his wife...
