At 42% of your costs, is it not worth getting a formulation done for you by a consultant?

I think I’d want to base it on silage tests and try to optimise milk from forage and margin over purchased feed. Obviously grazed grass is your cheapest feed so Agrinet isn’t a bad shout but it does depend on output and system right?.

(You may be a consultant/expert so apologies if so, no offence meant).

I get DietCheck through work and I think there is a version aimed at farmers.

Would agree with DietCheck - fairly straight forward and easy to use. AMTS is a good program but takes a bit more navigating
