Just heard tonight that the sale is to be inside with a tic tac operating. They are going to have screens outside in the furniture hall I presume, to enable folk outside to see the sheep in the ring. This is second hand but from the horse’s mouth.

Sounds like a good idea. Hopefully they will have internet bidding for those that want to stay away too. I could happily go for a view in the morning and then watch online from home, and would much prefer that to being in the room next door.

I've never understood why people think they have a right to stand in those pens anyway, unless they are directly involved with putting stock into or out of the ring.
