Hi all, currently planning to direct drill using Cross Slot drill into temporary pasture Nectar Flower Mix (AB1) and Winter Bird Food (AB9). Will spray off four weeks before planting and planning to drill end of April. Any thoughts?

Because of the varying seed sizes drill between 1.5-2.5cms, this will give a fast & even germination. Soil temperature plays a big roll in these types of mixtures a minimum soil temp of 10dC is needed.

Thank you! Should I be worried about the grass dying off and killing the seed or is 4 weeks enough to alleviate this? Thanks in advance!
