Disappointed

I was dissapointed by the "moderation" the other day, when a post by me on the "blowfly" thread, where by I suggested that GM was not needed (who needs gm then?) appeared to have been deleted, when the disscussion had got around to non selection of blowfly susceptible animals for breeding.
Perhaps a previous poster thought I was suggesting that he did need gm and had filed a complaint?
Or perhaps a particular moderator has an agenda of no anti gm rhetoric amongst the ranks?
I don't know. No explanation has been forthcoming.

I can assure you nothing has been moderated.

Sorry we can't help more but feel free to repost.

very sorry about this but rest assured your post has not been moderated

its either this missing post issue again or as we suspect a issue with some browsers under certain circumstances - @admin has been trying to get to the bottom of this occasional bug but not found the problem so far

please try and repost your comment

you might be right but if there is a bug we can't find it - suspicion is it is something that under certain circumstance can happen client side in the interaction between your browser and the forum server - ie the post never actually gets to the forum server if that makes sense

we will keep trying our best to find the bug if it exists but these things are less than simple and quite time consuming !!

Just for clarity - if anything is moderated you will be told via Pm by the moderate involved who will explain why he has taken the action

nothing (with the exception of spam) will ever be deleted by us without explanation - that's not our style here
