Yes, but if you only want 5'6", I'd have a two drum.

Definitely. You’ll need at least 200 hp and auto steer. a two drum the likes of a km22 should be ok. add Some ballast to the left wheel.

Hadn't occurred that it would be, I used to drag our old Bamford one about easily enough by hand, to hitch it on.
Was just thinking they get under laid grass better too.

It will drive it no prob, l have had a kuhn 5'6 on ours, only thing that i don't like is the weight, it all sits on the rhs lift ark when folded out and I feel the arms on the 35 are a bit on the light side, prefer it on our 148 with heavier arms

Yeah but back in the day they would only use a knife mower and they were only 4ft

Looks like a drum might be OK. On hill-sides I would expect a (lighter?) disc machine might be a bit safer....
