I suggest you read what I posted.

The OP @Clive hopes it's going to be an expose on RT , what about the collateral damage to meat industry.

I am not a fan of RT.

My point is Red Tractor is damaging UK Farms reputation by misleading consumers - this needs to stop, they are certainly adding no value and are now actually damaging us all

Yet again this documentary shows the brand is utterly flawed so is therefore worthless to us

Think you’ve made your point.
Sorry @Bald Rick but as a mod you cannot let your own views on an issue cloud your judgement about what is/ is not allowed to be said about a topic!

And its clear your personal view about RT is along the lines of HFD's ( given you liked his posts in the other thread and the comments you made ) so you should have NO say in moderation anything in connection with RT and what HFD/ comments about what HFD said about his inspection and instead pass any issues over this to another mod to deal with!

We do not want another mod like JP1 used to be like ....

@Clive Can somewhere a list of all mods be put up somewhere? so posters can contact them if they have any concerns about anything!

Nothing wrong in asking them to leave if you are not happy with their conduct.

But to start on them as soon as they have got out of the car/ bully them and make them cry for no reason like HFD cattle did is not acceptable.

And for him to then say: She did not check anything but because i kicked off and bullied her and refused to co-operate with the inspection they passed me anyway ( which i find very hard to believe they did pass him in this situation ) shows that it can be very hard to enforce/ ensure that members are farming the the scheme standards/ rules when the inspectors are treated like that for no good reason!
To be honest my one who constantly wants to change the time they want to come would p!ss me right off too and i Doubt I would allow them to mess me about without good reason, As for turning up late, again they need a bloody good excuse.

My last inspection I point blank refused to invent an answer to a couple of the more stupid questions. And the inspector was told straight that it was rubbish and they had to fill the blanks in themselves.

Thanks GUTH @gone up the hill

Whatever I may think about you and your comments I can assure you you were moderated impartially and fairly

You'll never accept anyone moderating the extremes of your behaviour on your posts

Mostly these days I think some of your more outlandish points are just an embarassment

Have a good evening and use the tag function correctly

@Bald Rick has the absolute lightest of touches in moderating

exactly - this is the potential for damage red tractor has, I would rather they had nothing to do with the grain I produce

What this documentary is making clear is that Red Tractor means nothing........... so why are we all made to pay for it ?
Me too like ive said countless times i could scientifically prove m grain leaving this farm is no different weither i follow red Tractor rules to the letter of the law
yet its me & every other farmer who pays for this red tape crap

We all know some of the questions they ask are a load of BS but that is generally not the inspectors fault but higher up the line where all the issues over RT from the farmers stem from!

The inspectors are told what questions to ask.

As for mucking about with the time, let the inspector change it once ( as things go wrong/change for everyone ) but after that do not change the time unless its in your own intrest's to do so!

Mods should be impartial regardless of their own views.

If they are not then discussing things like RT ( for example ) are worthless because the posts will end up all one sided depending on what the mods views are on the issue we are talking about! ]

And that will not bring about the badly needed change the industry needs on things like RT/ The NFU etc.

only 1 member of TFF ever seems to take issue with our moderators in its 11 year history .......... you

join the dots on that one

I watched the program and thought it was a complete non story. The farm looked very tidy and well run. They talked about the numbers of dead chicks per day but not in context to the total number of birds on the farm.
The bit about water pollution in Herefordshire due to the concentration of chicken farms could have had a point but wasn't put over with hard facts, more supposition.
