Dissertation on motivations for road cycling

My son is doing his dissertation on motivations for road cycling at Aberdeen university and is looking for road cyclists to complete his questionaire, if you could complete it/share it with any other cyclists you know, he would appreciate it.

Well I was going to post it there, but I think the whole point of the survey is to study how many just go out for a nice ride in the countryside versus how many go out with the intention of beating a personal best or being "king of the mountain"

Heart attack was my motivation, although I was a road runner until my knees said no more , knees are fine now , cycling is the key that encourages me to keep my weight down and eat healthy,
