Distillery Pot Ale - Molasses base

Hi all,
We're a rum distillery based in Leicestershire, i've recently been informed by another distillery that there may be a use that the farming community may have for our distillery pot ale?

The feed stock for the distillery is refiners grade molasses which we'll ferment out the glucose and distill. The only additives to the initial molasses is ammonium sulphate, a yeast nutrient and obviously the yeast itself. It's typically low in Ph (around 5).

It's free for collection from near Ashby De La Zouch - i'd just ask that the IBC's be on an exchange basis. There's around 5k litres stored at present.

If its of use to anyone, let me know - i'd rather it be used than wasted.

All the best,
Matt
