Diversification Oxfordshire - partner?

Hi all

I am looking at diversifying to increase profit and also provide more work on the farm. We are a relatively small acreage and it’s difficult to rent more land in this area.

I would be interested to hear any business ideas or diversification ideas from anyone that doesn’t have the opportunity/land to do it themselves.

Potentially some sort of business partnership etc.....
