Are you constantly thinking about how to generate new revenues for your Farm or Business, perhaps you're already considering diversification? If the answer is YES, please read on as we have proven experience in generating welcome revenues for landowners.

EazyCamp are a successful family camping business based in the New Forest and we are expanding our operations across the South ready for the 2020 season.

We have permission from Natural England to operate "Member Only" campsites for up to 60 nights per year anywhere in the UK without planning permission and due to demand we need more campsites. With over 5 years experience developing temporary campsites, we are very keen to meet with Farmers, Private Estates and Landowners who are already looking at diversification or additional revenue streams for their business.

Eazycamp's success has grown from offering Pre-Erected Family Camping Holidays and our target is to open 10-12 new campsites in 2020 across the South of England.

We supply all of the camping equipment and toilet/shower facilities, we also take care of the marketing/advertising and all bookings are processed via our online booking system. So if you are wary about expensive setup costs and how to attract customers, please don't be!!!

If you can offer some or all of the following, we'd love to hear from you asap.
  • Beautiful location, within easy reach of the coast or tourist hot spot.
  • Level, free draining land.
  • Easy access to mains water and electricity supply where possible. Access to a septic tank or mains sewerage would be advantageous.
  • Offer a farm life experience to guests, i.e. feeding livestock, milking, grooming and anything that will give our guests a wonderful experience of rural life.
  • Other facilities on site that would of great benefit - Farm shop, activities, streams for cooling off in the summer etc.
PLEASE GET IN TOUCH ASAP IF OUR INTRODUCTION APPEALS TO YOU AS WE ONLY HAVE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTNERSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR 2020.

Thanks for reading.

We hold a valid Exemption License issued by Natural England and I’m pleased to tell you that we do have permission to setup temporary campsites in the UK. We have already setup 2 successful sites and we are now expanding across the south. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss our opportunity in more detail...

Natural England are motto my knowledge involved in the issue of exemption licences for campsites. What’s your scam? Traveller events?
How on earth can this be a scam? We run two successful campsites in the New Forest under our Exemption License issued by Natural England but thanks for responding all the same. Hopefully someone else will read this thread, check out our website and enquire..??

post A copy of your exemption licence, I am intrigued by what it is..
If you make a genuine enquiry then we would be delighted to run through our expansion plans. We also have a qualifying procedure to see if we are right for your farm/estate and visa versa. Please email us with your contact details if you are genuinely interested. Best regards, Nick.

Ah, so the natural england exemption that allowed campsites anywhere in the country is not quite what you claimed then....
I’m sorry but you’ve lost me now and I have no idea what you are referring to. Our License enables us to develop temporary campsites on any private land in England.

I am confused. Natural England can’t give you planning consent to do anything, and would have no interest outside of designated sites. Can you elaborate please?
I have no idea about @Eazycamp, but can tell you that there are several organisations that are so-empowered and that it is above board. No offence intended Nick but... this ability could be used in an entirely decent way to allow camping and business chances or, equally, as a way to get a load of 'travellers' sited somewhere through the back door (in theory on a temporary basis). Nothing written above looks dodgy, but then it wouldn't, would it...?
