As above, If so what have you tried? Having been diagnosed with diabetes2 and lost 4.5 stone since November I am now trying to produce some of my own food. But I hate digging so Hanging baskets and pots are the answer but what do you grow?
WB

Yes all veg and some fruit which is organic without the soil association status. We try to eat organically as much as possible but we are not an organic farm. Slightly hypocritical but so what.

Oh really, i wouldn't of thought you would need planning for a greenhouse or garden shed, did someone report it ?

no - I foolishly applied ! however delays and discounts meant we took it for granted it would pass and got on with in while we had good weather through summer no complaints (letters of support in fact) ............... all very silly

Big mistake. Build, take pictures to verify date then after 4 years not a problem. I presume you do use it as your potato chitting shed full of potato chitting boxes when they come to do the inspection.

not a big mistake - I won my appeal last month and set a new planning precedent that’s already being used by others as case law in the process !

was never in doubt in my mind - council should be ashamed wasting tax payers money on stuff like this

Spill the beans. Whats the new planning precedent as I would like to convert my temporary polytunnels into permanent glasshouses.

Used the “health and mental wellbeing” angle which is in planning policy. It’s the first time an appeal had been won on that basis apparently

refusal and enforcement was on the basis of green belt/ 106 and listed building
