Do you floss your teeth?

There used to be a motor cruiser moored in Porto Pi , Palma that belonged to a Frenchman - always went under the title "Monsieur Le Docteur" to his crew . I was told that he invented the original "sonic" toothbrush , made him loadsa money too , until the patent ran out, and everybody started to make them . Had to fairly draw his horns in after that as the money didn't come anything like as fast . He still kept the boat , but the skipper didn't get a new uniform every year !

Electric toothbrush, regular check ups every 6 months and interdental brushes instead of floss.

I do floss, but I recently converted from an adult brush to a baby one. Much softer and tiny which means you really have to spend time making sure that you cover all the areas in your mouth. I can see and feel a huge difference in my dental hygene since. The major plus factors are it cost around a quid for a new brush ( I change two weekly, anything else is just gross! ) ,but even better I get unicorns and rainbows on my toothbrush:):D

Just seen this ????? You can generally guarantee that what is reckoned to be essential one day will be dissed the next . Dairy , Red meat , Bread , Potatoes ???

Never flossed a small mouth and big fingers make it just about impossible.
Wife used to nag me to try all the little gizmos etc, total waste.
Very pleased to see now they say it has all been a waste of time :LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:
Best thing I ever got was a Philips sonic tooth brush

I go to the dental hygienist 3 times a year at 65euro each. Every time she finds a problem with another tooth or gum so its a constant battle. I use the sonic care and electric tooth brush both do a good job repairing problems.

I have used a water flosser for a couple of years. Much more efficient than ordinary floss. It's best to use it before the tooth brush, so as not to wash off the fluoride in the toothpaste.
Previously I used inter-dental brushes, but I couldn't get to the back teeth well enough.

I have been hearing about dental floss for a long time now but i have never tried it before but due to circumstances,i have been looking for one. I hope this tool is improves my teeth quality.

I use a water pik too. I do it before brushing my teeth.

Apparently after brushing it is best not to rinse your mouth out so the toothpaste remains in/on your teeth for longer?

Gum health is as important as anything else. I'm not one for routine appointments (opticians seems to swing around with regularity and gets on my wick as my eyesight hasn't changed in 4 years) but you really should have someone look in your mouth once a year just to look for oral cancer.
