Slower doesn't really work with round balers because the slower you go the more you pack into a bale and the higher the power requirement.

How ever did we manage before 200 hp baled plenty with a Ford 5000 and 6600 on a roll ant 62. Clouds of reek and a gear and dual power drop when finishing bale and now knackered lungs with all dust , god bless air con and sealed cabs , cough my guts up most days

90hp should be fine, but then things have moved on lately, I went baling somewhere on Monday and there was a mf6480 (150hp) on a pz haybob

If you’ve got to the stage of putting it in you may as well give it a bash

She will be fine, I would just use a half set of knives though and keep them sharp, reduce the bale pressure so the bale is kicked out before it gets to the stage of killing your tractor and don’t use too big a rowing up machine

I’ve seen our vicon RF 235 on the NH 5060 that should manage fine
