Yeah I use a Nitecore HC30.

Rechargeable Petzl, auto dim function is useful, for eg, when trying to look at something close up or read something it does not dazzle your eyes.
Cheaper Petzl with battery for about £18 good too.
Forget cheap e-bay type tat, used to buy them 5 at a time and they soon conk.
