Stopped the roll ups the day after I bought my first e cig 4 years ago now . The only draw back with e cigs is it is only a matter of pressing a button where as rollys you had to make them .

Whatever. When I see someone vaping, I think they are better doing that than smoking real cigarettes.

I'm still on the fags but have tried vaping. Perhaps I'm setting it up wrong, but it gives me a sore throat and makes me cough, though I'm still smoking real ones too. Nice nicotine buzz though.

Have you tried lowering the nicotine? Some liquids have as much as smoking several smokes at the same time mine put me off before I realised this for the exact same reasons (y)

Luckily I'm one of those people that can take or leave ciggies. I pretty much only smoke when I'm out drinking. I occasionally have a packet in pickup/pocket but usually end up binning them as the packet has been through the wars before I get to the end of it and half the cigs are either crushed or have got wet.

I see both sides of this living with an ex smoker she is more puritan than me. Vaping has to be slightly better than flags, however the downside like popcorn lung isn't fully understood yet. After a few drinks I will happily have a cigar or a cigarette but it's one of those chain reaction things where the drink ( weakness) leads to another vice. If anyone gives up cigarettes by raping fair play to them.
