This is my neighbours field, 2nd year of a new let following wheat, can anyone beat it for dock infestation

It is like with one of our neighbours his field is covered in thistles, nettles and rushes but asks us if we want to graze it, he won't spray it as he doesn't like chemicals being used yet seems to forget that everyone else has to use twice as much because all the seedheads that blow from it

I have often wondered this, as I see a lot of areas left to go to ruin - whereby is it a legal concern in respect of allowing the seed dispersal ruining your land?

When we've grown it and it's come thick we had a lot of light purple flowers bees loved them and the lambs loved the leaves.
