Ok so mine burnt out, I did think it was great up until then.

I’m struggling to find the seal in main drive motor. It is currently peeing out oil into the over flow reservoir and then over the engine.

It’s a danfoss pump.

Motor is fine I think. Just can’t find the seal.

Should be this kit, supplier got no stock, lead time saying 1 in back order 4 to 5 weeks BUT what it doesn't tell you is how long that back ordered 1 has been on back order already. IT might only be 1 week away or it might have only just gone on back order yesterday. Would have to send request on monday to find out.

Motor is fine I think. Just can’t find the seal.

New motor very long lead time but they do have stock of an exchange unit but not sure on the pricing of that so would need to enquire about that on monday.

it will want more than just that seal, a lip seal will not be holding back high pressure from the motor.

i could be wrong but that lip seal is possibly fitted backwards to keep dirt out rather than oil in.

The lip seal does keep oil in.
We had one replaced last week as the gearbox was full of hydraulic oil
