Hi there, have posted before but thought I’d say hello again.

We are progressing with our franchise model for secure off lead dog parks and have recently been featured on TV for our professionalism in improving and growing the sector. You can see the TV clip here .

With your help we are looking for land in Cheshire and across the Midlands and Staffordshire to drive down dog theft and keep our dog owners feeling safe and comfortable when out walking.

Land requirements:-

- Ideally located near a road with access.
- 10-15 acres.
- Can include a wooded area or stream, pool.

We have 5 years proof of our concept in a green belt area with full references available.

Willing to pay up to £1k per acre per annum.

Please do get in touch if it may be something of interest and I would be happy to chat further.

Thanks for reading.

Thanks for that info, could I just ask if that person has planning? Just out of interest more than anything. Cheers.

Yes they got change of use.

As the farmer owns the land and will have to maintain the paddock and be the first port of call for disgruntled customers or have to fix the gate when the codes fail I’d want 75% of the income because all your doing is advertising it.

Dog field of 3 acres down road is paying 14k rent a year and thats cheap, given the prices charged i wouldnt be wanting land damaged in thst way for any less thsn 3k a year and given the tenure security a business like thst would need, id say 3k is fair

Hopefully you mean £3k per acre per year?

I’d be at 75% of the income which potentially could be £15,000/acre per year depending on area.
