Can't really see the relevance of the subsidy payment if they were entitled to receive it. There are plenty of forum members who claim they don't need it and would be happy to do without and many who say it's essential. I actually find his London house purchase back in 2011 more interesting, £1,650,000 cash purchase then equally big money spent on extending it. Must have been good money in being Govey's mad education adviser.
