I think he may struggle to get a new hard liner installed before the election, but possibly not before he leaves. Expect it to be scheduled for ratification by Christmas, but delayed in the event of a second term?

Sorry for your loss Roger. Only war hero in my family was a highly decorated nurse in WW2, married a famous Harley street surgeon, had everything & died at 32 from cancer. Was looking at her photo when clearing my Aunts house recently, could not beleive how beutiful my Great Aunt was.
