I usually lamb poll Dorset’s from 1st December but struggling to get replacements this year so wondering if a Dorset x mule will lamb this early naturally?

You'll need to get some Mules, or lend a dorset tup to someone with Mules, to breed them for you.

I am sure they will be perfectly good sheep, and will be more likely than even Suffolk x Mules to lamb early. And if it doesn't work, they'll produce perfectly good lambs later on - especially to a Beltex tup with a bit of length.

PS, I've just had a look at the Exeter catalogue. I had no idea the Suffolk x Mule was so popular.
