Hi, does anyone know what the different letters assigned to the dp7 mean, particularly the difference between an E and an F?
Thanks

From memory Dp7 D was a 4 furrow plough, E a 5 furrow and F a 6th furrow. I was there on student placement in '96/7 and could never fully get my head around the DP7numbering. Paul Wilkinson would be your man and there is a Dowdeswell group on facebook where he posts regularly.

I think the first two numbers are year of manufacture, second two furrow width and third two point to point clearance, hence high clearance or not. But might be wrong
