I have posted a similar message in the solar thread.
Part time "farmer" until this year whilst working as a land agent. Now working within the renewables industry as part of an investment fund called Downing.
Involved with developing wind, solar and battery assets which are then constructed and maintained by Downing. I have included a brief of the general site parameters we are progressing currently and looking to expand our pipeline with. The business strategy is to look at site at the larger end of the scale but we are also progressing smaller opportunities at the other end.
We are a relatively small team (part of a much larger fund) that carries out its initial feasibility internally so we can quickly take a look at any parcels of land/opportunities so if you have any sites that you would like looked at then please don't hesitate to get in touch. Or just for any general queries, more than happy to help.
