Does anyone know a machine that I can acquire a powered spooler off for a drain jetter? I've been searching for cable and hose reelers but cant find anything yet, otherwise I will have to fabricate something. I just thought it would be quicker if there was already something out there that would be on a machine being scrapped.

Those wheels drive the pipe in and out, what rotates the reel is a Hyd motor that is always trying to reel in faster than the wheels you see there to keep the pipe tight.

I have a homberg, parts ridiculous and service not much better, I would try another route.
The price I got was pre brexit so I imagine its gone up a bit now too

Thats right, I've already got the big hydraulic driven reel and I'm fabricating a guide arm for it so I wanted to put the spooler on to help push the pipe along.

Fentons of Bourne Ltd are a good contact.
I managed to bend the steel pole that feeds the drain washer, so pipe wouldn’t slide up it, waited 6 months for these boys for parts which have never arrived to this day. Tasked a local engineer to make one in the end. Rang three times

We have an Agrifac Python. Get parts of Murphy Agriculture in Scotland, they’re usually very good and not had to wait for few parts that we’ve needed..
