Drainage trencher

And highly unlikely you ever will. If you have trench between few fields you can use pipes and tranches as water banks. Just like it's done in Germany, Netherlands and few other countries in Europe. At dry year you just fill trenches and they distribute water by pipes and at wet years you just pump water out the tranches. In some countries tranches are conected directly with rivers and you can regulate groundwater level by opening hatches. Unfortunately such systems take years of planning and are very costly. Some post communist countries have them too. But if it is designed well they significantly increase condition of your soil and crops.
This video is quite explanatory.

A very good YouTube video ti watch is from the hefty brothers. They are farmers and also run a large chemical and agronomy business. Been to a few of their free soil clinics and crop talks. Well worth the time. Their video on drainage is an eye opener regarding yield and soil benefits.

For that plough (Pull-Type), it matters more about the weight of the tractor than it does the HP. Soil-Max recommends at least a 12 tonne tractor for this type of plow.

But our smallest plough requires a 7 tonne tractor.

All the ploughs are designed with a link to attach a cable to a 2nd tractor if you find yourself having trouble in certain spots.
