In my experience trailing shoe is ok for watery slurry, but anything thicker blocks the pipes.

They don't tell you, you have to go faster.how much power should the macerator take to use? just had a mastek dribble bar fitted to my original tanker (2250gal) and its bringing my puma 160 to its knees when you hit a slight slope now, not helped by the fact it empty's quicker so have to travel quicker. not ideal when we I don't know what a flat field looks like!
Turn down oil flow or fit free flow return or spread in 540 shaft with more revs. It shouldn't be hard to drive really.how much power should the macerator take to use? just had a mastek dribble bar fitted to my original tanker (2250gal) and its bringing my puma 160 to its knees when you hit a slight slope now, not helped by the fact it empty's quicker so have to travel quicker. not ideal when we I don't know what a flat field looks like!

Don't go with 40mm, you'll regret it. 50mm has 50% more section surface. What size diameter pipe?
Talking to 2 dribble bar manufacturers the one using 50mm pipe said you'll never block it and the other using 40mm said that the pipe is never actually full anyway

I think mastek do some sort of a cone thats fitted before the masetator to slow down the flow a bitCan you put a restricter in the feed to the dribble bar so you can travel slower
Al be needin profit at itGet you the lorry booked and I'll put one on it too
Trouble is with ours the pipes are pinched off when you lift it up, this is where it blocks. Would probably disable this next time we use it. Been on splash plate for a while and it's soo easy! What size diameter pipe?

I have the slurryquip 7.8 mt wide , on a major 2400. It empties 30 seconds quicker than the splash plate. Never gets blocked as it has 50 mm pipes. It is so tight in behind the tanker that it never gets near the ground , I know of a mastek that got pulled off the tanker going out through a gap into a field with a hollow in it.They don't tell you, you have to go faster.
No just the macerator on the dribble barDo you have a precutter, as in a cutter that the slurry goes through becore the tanker?
The only thing that blocked it was steel , a handle of a bucket and a piece of old rusty steel. Then you are lucky with some excellently mixed slurry without to much crap in it, no way I go a season without blocking it solid.
