Ok, got the tank, got the liquid n, got the sprayer. Now need some dribble bars, been warned off the nozzles as being too height fussy.
So which bars are most user friendly? And work best?
Bateman rb16 single line with triplet nozzle holders, so need to be removed for spraying.

We used chafer dribble bars on our rb16, got on ok with them. Same set up as ours, single line triple nozzle. We have sold the Bateman so the dribble bars are for sale. 24m sprayer

If you decide you can’t be doing with the swapping and breaking of dribble bars, I went for the landquip umbrella nozzles, not height sensitive, been all good so far, your welcome to come and have a look at them on mine or I’ve a few spare you can try on yours.

Chafer Streambars here on a duo react second line. I used to run Hardi Quintastream nozzles then Hypro ESIs before that but felt them too scorchy. The Hardis were better nozzles but I've no regrets spending the extra on having streambars on this machine. BFS bars seem popular too. Autostreamers if you really want to flash the cash...

Just got a set of hardi quintastreams as I've only got a single line..... Heard good things .
As @Brisel it's my first outing into liquid ... Without wanting to hijack thread could somebody with experience just do a bullet point list of things to reduce scorch (conditions etc). Nothing fancy just the basics... Thanks

2-4 bar working pressure. Enough to avoid break up of the streams yet not so much that you risk bounce & splash on the target. You want a vertical stream at the point that it hits the canopy. (I could be wrong on this) Keep boom height down but it's not as critical as for normal fan jet spraying. Excessive height means the streams have time to elongate and break up.

Weather - Hot & windy onto a stressed crop that has just had a spray of something else is the very worst thing you can do. The leaves will be dewaxed by the pesticide/trace elements/adjuvants cocktail you've jsut stopped applying due to wind  plus a few days of wind will mean the leaves have been rubbing against one another too.

Rain - before or during is fine but applying on a dew first thing in the morning before a hot day will mean more will stick to the leaf as it dries and cause more scorch.

Low light, low wind on a healthy crop is best. Diluting with water can help but this can cost a lot of extra time. The trouble is, when are you busiest? When the wind gets up, what are you tempted to do?? Go liquid...
