Drone chasing cattle

Saw this - someone having a 'play' chasing heifers around and making them gad. There is a plea to try and pin down the location. Legitimate and legal drone users want this guy found and prosecuted for being so irresponsible and acting outside the law.

I can't for the life of me work out were that is. I've cut silage and baled hay and straw on a lot of the dairy farms around this area and i still don't have a clue were it is. I'll share with other local Contractor and see if we can work out were it is.
