Assume this is a no no? Been experimenting with strip tillage this year and it's fairly clear that wheelings are an issue, would be nice to wap some duals on but I imagine this would be potentially damaging to the combine's JD Hillmaster system?
The americans use a different system for levelling, the whole axle pivots so its still at 90 degree to the ground, ours just jack each wheel individually so as @Wheatonrotty say's the top wheel takes all the weight, we had a set on our hillmaster in 2012 but switched off the levelling
I struggle to see how there is room to fit a solid axle and tilt mecanism whilst keeking hight down but i am prepaired to be proved wrong . I have driven a 690i hillmaster for the past 3 seasons

You could just use IF tyres, have some on a Hillmaster and can run at 1.5 bar. The only slight problem is with a really full tank the flex in the tyres can confuse the self levelling system so that it starts to get a wobble on. Can be counteracted by changing the sensitivity and widening the dead band.
The System is designed and built by a company called Hillco Industries from memory, they level the biggest US combines upto 40%, and I think they completely change the front axle for there own along with the front of the feeder housing, but I don't think they come to Europe.
