We'll need to replace our tipper trailer soon as if the sides become more bowed out it'll be more of a flatbed but looking at most of the 10ton tipper trailers for sale 2nd hand most have just a swinging tailgate which would have to come off and I am a little worried that it would then go like ours though what I think hasn't helped that is it is a drop down sided trailer, the difference in price seems to be a fair bit as one with a swinging tailgate seems to be around £2500 while one with a hydraulic tailgate I haven't seen one yet much less than a new trailer costs even for a 10 year old one that is showing its age.
Any advice would be appreciated thanks
