I could , but zero interest thanks all the same! I bought a zwartble ewe and tup lamb off her 3 yrs ago ( mostly to shut the kids up) . Both sheep were appalled by the sights of Ayrshire, and lack of troughs brimming with cake, and promptly snuffed it!
They now use the zwartbles as recipients for these new smallholders dream sheep !
But you could always invite her up to your nithsdale utopia , she's a professional photographer to trade! A few snaps of your Suffolks could really help your push for national Chairman
I saw these in the Royal Welsh, they looked meaty, but a quick feel revealed that it was mostly wool. Very disappointing!
I don't think they have anything to offer that other breeds could not better
I saw some at the Great Yorkshire show, they won a few rosette's, and had crowd around them, they didn't look anything special tbh. I only looked at them as they were next to some Charmoise ewes [emoji12]
Any questions welcome will be happy to answer anything relevant
Also if anyone is wanting a flock walk, tyre kickers or other, our doors are always open!
One thing I will point out is that it’s easier for people to take photos when said sheep are at a feed trough! I can assure you all they are excellent at converting grass.
