Dyna 4 problem

Down the road today in top gear all was fine, noticed on the dyna shift screen number 2 was lit up and number 1 was flashing. Pulled up at gateway, went to move off and tractor would not move. Any ideas what that number sequence means? Cheers.

A model would help, I’m not convinced it would be BOC switch that cones up as a orange diamond on 6200 series but I haven’t a lot of experience of dyna 4 but would be surprised if it didn’t have a similar indication of BOC switch problems.

Mine is a snoopy nose one and does exactly the same but only after road work.... looked up the code in my old training notes and it was a discrepancy between range signal - basically the 4 range switches couldn’t agree what range it was in..... changed the range switches and was no better ..... got a solenoid to try now but not got round to swapping them yet

It will be either a range solenoid or more likely a range switch, and most likely the bottom left switch
If you change the switch make sure there is a sealer washer fitted, as without it it sticks to far in and is permanently pressed

Tractor wouldn’t move from start up this morning, again number 2 lit up and number 1 flashing twice then a pause then 5 times then a pause then really fast a few times.

Try the range switches
Just swap them about, fault code will alter if you move a dodgy switch to another position
If not swap the solenoids over again fault code will alter if you move the dodgy one.
