Amazing the difference correct balancing makes.
Anyone who has ever run up an old drum mower and had to “ pass through” the “ vibration zone” on the way to working RPM , if the imbalance is experienced at your optimum working speed it makes short work of bearings and increases metal fatigue on guards etc on the extremities.

Can you give an estimate of pricing.
say a 1.2m hedgecutter rotor fitted with new flails and bearings that's only slightly out of balance.
appreciate you can't give an exact quote. Ballpark would be helpful.

I had my muckspreader beaters dynamic balanced when I rebuild it the last time.
It was fitted with new points and a few kg of weight added and the difference was unbelievable. The spreader used to shake the tractor when it was empty.
