Just looked on the Farmacy website and it looks like every fly product is out of stock!!

They were selling Vetrazine at half price last month due to expiry date of end July.

Bad fly year or hopeless manufacturers??

Was told by one merchant that they wouldn't get crovect back in stock until October

Errrrr, I asked if they thought the flies would still be here then?

There was a long silence :sorry::wacky:

No, we are burning up here. I won't be using it again - not at the price it is. Have already done all my ewes with it so will be keeping a close eye on them by the end of August :( not impressed....

Is this in clean wool? Seems a bit strange given the lack of rain. I cliked all my lambs at about the same time and haven't had any struck yet apart from a couple of daggy backends that had just started by the time they were trimmed. Also cliked a bunch of ewes that haven't been shorn yet and no flystrike in them and they have been in fields by a river and lots of woodland nearby.

Maybe you got some clikzin that had been put in the wrong bottle.

In at our local vets last week for blowfly protection. Had plenty of both Clik and Dysect (y).

And a chance to blether with the friendly , efficient ladies on reception , and a chance to catch up on the local news. (y)
