e-mail problem

I use Dream email programme and today it will not send emails. when I try to write an email when I press any key board button my email programme disappears, sometimes a message comes up'''''''''''''''''''''Application Error................Exeption ERangeError in module Ks DHTMLEDLi6.ocx at 000BC938..................any Ideas what it is and how to fix iy? would of done a system restore but cannot fothom out how to in this windows 10.

Does it only crash when you try and send an email? Does it still receive email and perform other tasks ok?

Might be an idea to make a backup of the email database / store, so you don’t lose all your messages, and uninstall and reinstall the program.

You could try a Windows restore, but that works best for windows operating system related issues. There is a guide here you can follow if you’re unsure how to do it.

[I’d never heard of DreamMail before, so looked it up; basically a freeware email client from Chinese developers with no local support]
