Early 900 TMS Fendt opinions

What are peoples opinions on the first Fendt 900 series with TMS (2003 onwards I think)? Seem to fit the bill for what we need but hardly see any around. From what I've read they have the ml200 twin pump vario which is apparently quite reliable, an old school MAN engine and on paper they look like a decent machine. Interested to hear peoples experiences of them, things to look out for when buying one and anything else you think I should know.

Thanks in advance,
G

Had a 926 03 for a bit.goodish bus ,nothing major .cardan shatf(front propshaft) stripped splines.exhaust hole melted diesel tank, expensive but could happen to any thing.alternator troubles as its a funny affair, two alternators and 24v starting only when cranking and then changes to 12 v when running caused some charging troubles and never got it sorted properly.was nice to drive and pulled well, didn't run hot when worked hard etc.expect that stuff at that age ,hours etc, ours had 10000 hrs ish
