LOADING & UNLOADING:
A Tractor & Loader are available to assist unloading sale items and loading sale items on the Friday and Sale Day.

DIRECTIONS:
From Honiton take the A30 towards Exeter, take the first exit ‘Iron Bridge’ signposted Ottery St Mary and turn right at the T junction. Then take the next left signposted Weston and the show field will be on your left.

ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES:
The sale field will be open on Friday 25th August from 8.00am to 6.00pm, and on Saturday 26th August from 8.00am up to the start of the sale. All vendors are required to fill in an Entry Form at the sale field if they have not already done so.

VIEWING: On Friday 25th August from the afternoon to 6.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 8.00am onwards.

VAT: Please note that a number of the entries received are subject to VAT at 20%, details of each lots VAT details will be announced at the time of sale.

REFRESHMENTS: Jaspers Mobile Catering will be in attendance

CLEARANCE: All lots remain at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer and must be removed by 5.00pm Sunday 27th August 2017

BUYERS PREMIUM: 10% Buyers Premium charged on all lots up to a maximum of £200 per lot plus VAT

PAYMENT: We are able to accept credit cards or debit cards as well as cash or cheque; however payments by credit card will incur an additional 2% charge.

REGISTRATION: Please ensure that you register on the morning of the sale at the sales office and obtain a bidding number.
