I saw on the news last night people heading to the Lake District getting turned round and bollocked by the police. Quite right too. Where the fudge are they going? Everywhere is closed!!!

Me, I’ll be on this weekend, so milking, and some chill time at home in between.

They’re the people who live their lives in straight lines. Eg every Easter they’ll go to Lake District, fortnight in Marbella 1st 2 weeks of every August and Christmas Day follows the same routine as the last 20. if anything happens to disrupt these routines, they have no idea how to deal with it.

They’re the same people who you meet when shifting machines on narrow roads, they will drive past half a dozen passing places then stop only when it it becomes physically impossible to proceed further. At that point they look at you with an offended look and shrug their shoulders.

Anyone deliberately flouting the laws as regards travelling to holiday hotspots and or holiday homes should have their vehicle impounded as soon as they get back to their main home. They should also be given a massive fine and a suspended prison sentence. That just might stop the ignorant selfish bustards trying.

The slight risk of a £60 fine and a telling off from PC Plod do not, surprise, surprise, act as a real deterrent.

Ffs @DeeGee ... do you have the ear of Mark Drakeford? See our Dear Leader is debating allowing our “Blue Light Protectors” the ability to fine us up to £1,000
