Good programme on BBC1 with the message eat British meat

Didn't see it but there was a programme on a few days ago, Tonight: The war on fat. It was encouraging how they had some experts on who weren't simply following the ridiculously outdated advice of cut down on fat and meat. Not the usual superficial nonsense from people calling themselves "nutritionists".I'd love to think it was the start of something but it may just have been a flash in the pan.

Did you actually watch it? It encourages to make meals from scratch using raw ingredients. This can only be good for our industry

Ok, the programme is better than it used to be. I think a lot of people complained as they used to suggets buying the cheapest meat etc from the supermarket with no regards to where it came from.
