Ebay Scam

Has anyone heard of a D. Downer or a C Shepherd who are selling the following tractor online with this mobile as a contact 07742 813942 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1999-Case-MX135-/232233218290?hash=item36122db0f2:g:ed8AAOSw44BYmu~4 The registration of the vehicle is as follows
T143 JKW CASE MX135. I bought this vehicle last Saturday for £5010.00 via Ebay and through Paypal in good faith. Expecting it to be delivered today. Its a scam and the vehicle has not arrived. I am appealing to people for information so that we can put a stop to people like this taking advantage and also to prevent it from happening again to someone else. Please see the photograph with the number plate. The seller has appeared under both the above names but from different locations one from Braemar in Scotland and the second from Windermere.

i don't use the auction style i list with a set price seems to work well so far ,far better than the auction what a waste of time that is the only bug bear is the stupid questions you get asked where the answer is in the listings or the professional knob head buyer

I might try the classified way . As far as the stupid questions go . All part of the job . I do sometimes wonder to myself . If you need ask that you have zero chance of operating it if you get it . They do make you laugh or cry

I'm assuming you didn't go and view it.
You didn't Google their names and address.
You didn't ring a landline number for the address.
You thought it a bargain.

The only good thing is you paid through PayPal.
This seems odd as you MAY have payment protection.
You are sure it went through PayPal?

No no viewing, they emailed further photographs, I spoke to him on the phone and they said they would arrange the delivery.
The payment was made as a paypal invoice came through, it all appeared to be correct apart from one thing which the police pointed out
and that was a chatbox link.
