So bought a piece of kit off ebay. I thought it was a scam so put in a silly offer but after the end it appears to be genuine. He has said he was hoping for more but has offered me a deal alot above my winning bid. I have replied saying its a legally binding contract etc etc and an awaiting correspondence but I am wondering if it's even worth going further or how hard to push, it's not on my doorstep so involves them loading the courier they arranged. Not much feedback so they may well disappear. Anyone had any success forcing it through eBay or give up? Cheers in advance. Ps I paid him 99p!

If the seller was stupid enough not to put a set reserve price then its his loss ,,you have won the bid and he is obliged to uphold the sale

No but a joker in the end. Possibly a scam as just noticed something else they have random. How do I go about reporting don't want an innocent person to be caught by these scum

Although £2500 is about its value but I'm currently winning it for a laugh
