EE Signal Box

@North Coast Which one is it ?
It is an EE signal box. Have been an Orange customer since 2000. Had good coverage around the farm and in the farmhouse until last September when the signal disappeared in the house and diminished greatly outside. It took from then until a week or so ago for them to provide one. Their customer relation operatives were useless, would be promised action but nothing would be forthcoming even after countless calls. Written complaint finally got action.

I was an orange/EE customer for 12 years up to last year- had a phone which for the last 4 years used uma to get signal from the house wifi. They no longer provide this- and wanted an extra £15 per month for the box 12 months ago, so I moved to Voda phone, who gave me a box for free. I've since been told they give the box for free now- no doubt they lost alot of customers when every one else were giving the box away.

I am waiting for the "technical team" to phone me back re no signal for weeks, but they still wanted "a greatly reduced price of £50" for a boost box. I pointed out that they were not providing as per contract, and have not actually had to pay the bill for a bit.
Do not bother emailing Orange or EE even if you can find an email address, they never answer. One "customer care" team member actually tried to get me to upgrade to G4, and as I readily accepted, he checked the coverage and there was a bit of a silence, as he saw I was in a poor area for even 2G.
No one else can get a signal on any of the other providers here either, so an occasional signal if I stand on one leg and hold on to the washing line to get a signal from Orange is a bonus!

We are not getting as good a signal as we used to get. Almost impossible to use mobile indoors. Is there any way of getting a signal box off orange for free or at a discounted rate? When I asked they wanted £109 for one.
