EFA 2021?

Is there any indication of any changes to BPS rules for next year? I was under the impression that now we are out of the EU that we would be running a different set of rules. Many of us will be working on cropping plans for next year but don’t know what EFA greening measures will be required!

IMO you have to assume it will be the same rules until told otherwise. The Agriculture bill is short on detail and hasn't been passed yet.

All my EFA is buffer strips & hedges. Only the odd bit of fallow. What do you currently use?

I guess so. I currently us fallow and or cover crops. All buffer strips and hedges are in mid-tier stewardship.
