Efa rules not met

Using buffer strips and fallow land I have plenty more efa than required but it says efa rules not met. Crop diversification rules are met OK. Anybody finding the same. No under or over declared in the field uses table.

Don't worry you won't be alone!
They are in such a mess, the worst thing is it will take months or years to sort it out.

In the same boat here. Been fined £1500 but everything is right, even after greening inspection I’ve an email to say all is ok! Sent a letter to RPA a month ago, as was advised and still not heard anything back!

I have the same on one application.
Was like it last year also, but no problem with payments.
I have submitted for now, and will keep checking for any updates.

Spoke to rpa today and they said don't worry about it and just submit as normal.

That’ll depend on who you talk to. I’ve had two conflicting bits of info today. It’s a good way to ruin a day!

Same here saying rules not met - have over the required and no undeclared parcels. However there are common land rights to activate so might be this I guess.

Same problem. Last year it was rectified by finding a small undeclared bit, but everything is in order this time and have loads more Efa than needed.

Just logged on and re generated summary and it know says EFA rules are met

Same here, loads more EFA declared than required but still getting NO to the question "is EFA requirement met" told to ignore it and submit but they did say they would put a note on my file to say I had raised concerns about this.

Try regenerating the application.
Did it yesterday and it now says yes.
