I went to a local burger van and asked for The Breakfast in a Bun, the lass said 'do you want your egg yolks bursting'. 'Yep' I replied. 'Thought so' she said 'you don't look like you could be trusted with a runny yolk'. My wife nearly dropped her cup of tea and asked how the lass knew me so well?
It's right enough tho' I can get egg yolk down my front with a knife and fork let alone a filled roll.
Ahh the old "boobytrap butty" has caught out many a man...

some have double yolkers, the incidents is low enough but depends on the bird and mostly likely less than 28 weeks of age and over 68 grams.

normally found in the BIG EGG boxes from cage and barn birds rarely from a free range from what I see. might be one or two if really really lucky in 12 in free range but if a barn or cage house is just in it can happen that a full pack of big eggs is doubles as the rest of the eggs are small or medium.

It's not just egg yolk with me. Brown sauce on a bacon roll always seems to find it's way onto whatever I am wearing. Mrs Beowulf has stopped buying me white shirts because of it.

Tomato sauce with pasta dishes is the same, the kids joke that I should have to eat my pasta with a bib and a plastic spoon.
Flaky custard slices are exactly like that . No matter what you do , or how hard you try , the custard will ALWAYS win , oozing out , either down your shirt or on your trousers , or worse , irretrievably on the floor .
