That's only if you get the 'all singing, dancing' one that turns the energiser on and off for you.

this is what we use great for finding problems

They fit in a pocket a bit easier than the speedrite, I have one of each and the big red usually lives in a box somewhere
Gallagher reads the voltage slightly less
Speedrite is slightly better in the faultfinding department (and battery life)
