Electrical problem with MF 6470 T3

Our 6470 is refusing to start despite having a pair of new batteries less than 6 months ago
Also occasionally machine control boxes display a low voltage warning.
Ive checked battery terminals and all seem tight, checked eathing points (starter, front cab bulkhead and underneath cab) and seem tight.
So at a loss as to what it could be, if its a short somewhere is the vulnerable areas i should check first?

Did you check the inline fuses on power cables in the battery box. These can cause bad connections.

There is 2 one for cab supply and one for charging circuit.

Did you put a multimeter on and check the voltage when the tractor is running

Best to clean all contact surfaces. But, to test you can use a jump lead as a new earth wire, see if things improve. 14 to 15Volts across the battery when charging? If still stuck jump off another, mindful where you connected to, to get it to crank over.

Had a similar problem although I suspect mine was a very slightly loose terminal. Am I right in saying that if the tractor starts using jump leads battery to battery then the wiring must be ok?

Will you help clear snow?
