anyone on a contract set up by utility smart ltd thinking you've got a good deal. then be very wary of their next phone call when they ask you for authority to audit bills and obtain prices. Then when making the recording they ask for authority to enter and terminate bills on your behalf. If you say yes there is every chance they will enter you into a 3yr contract at much higher prices which will be very difficult to get out of.
