Get a quote from CNC asset.

Read the small print and understand exactly what cover you are getting.

I would second that I had a policy with them , pretty much a waste of time covered for just about nothing plus what you have cover for they are super slow at making any decision on they don't seem to like some Wind turbine Maintenance companies but not others but which is favoured and which is not seem to have nothing to do with the ability of the contractor.
As with all insurers there is a big difference between having a policy and being able to make a claim on it.

This is a genuine question do some owners regret having the turbines installed? The reason I ask is because we were thinking of putting up a turbine a few years ago, but the numbers just looked too good to be true and it was a big investment so that put us off a little.

So did we mess up or was it a lucky escape?. I'm not asking for private financial details, just general opinions please.
Got planning on appeal for an E4660 in 2012 but it never got built as FiT payments fell catastrophically just after. What with Endurance and Mosscliff going belly up since,I consider I had a lucky escape with hindsight!

Yes you did, but 4660 was a better machine but still had same issues with blades though

As for insurance, everyone be better off not paying them, at end of Day they don’t cover what fails basically, it’s like car insurance saying I an not going to cover you if you have a crash that wasn’t your fault.
Eventually in coming years with the upgrades, the insurance companies will see a market for it again then it be worth having again

That’s just my opinion
